Gate House is a new build contemporary residence located in Derbyshire, designed to deliver a modern living environment with a strong focus on architecture and interior design.
The client wanted technology to enhance the way the home functions and feels, without introducing visible equipment or complicated control systems. Lighting, entertainment and environmental controls needed to be integrated discreetly, ensuring the design of the property remained the focal point.
